• Studying DNA regulatory elements from the perspective of epigenetics and three-dimensional genomics •
• Analyze clinical and physical examination data to achieve disease prediction and risk prediction •
• Developing computational methods to achieve recognition of biological macromolecules •
• Constructing biological regulatory network and studying the physical mechanics of the network •
